Suzuki PH boosts nationwide presence with 2 new locations

MANILA: Suzuki Philippines (SPH) is set to put up three new dealerships as it welcomes  the “Ber” months, strengthening its presence across strategic locations in the country.

The Japanese marque’s local automotive arm will open facilities in Oton, Iloilo and Batangas City and relocate the Manila Bay showroom to ensure that its customers have access to its vehicle lineup, professional sales assistance, and reliable after-sales service.

Situated along J.C. Zulueta Street Poblacion South, Oton, Iloilo, the soon-to-rise 3S (sales, service, and spare parts) dealership will be opened on September 28. The said building is the 10th Suzuki dealership under SPH’s long-time partner, Grand Canyon Multi Holdings Incorporated.

Its presence in Oton gives customers in the area a convenient destination for vehicle purchase and after-sales needs.

Come October 2, Suzuki Auto Batangas will have its inauguration.

The aforementioned dealership—located at JAH Building, National Highway Alangilan, Batangas City—is managed by Mt. Sinai Motors Corporation. This is the group’s 12th Suzuki dealership.

 Another 3S satellite, the upcoming dealership positioning along the National Road further enhances accessibility for customers in the Southern Luzon area.

Lastly, Suzuki Auto Manila Bay—the second fruit of the collaboration between SPH and Wheels Incorporated—will have its relocation rites on October 6.

Set to formally open along Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard in Pasay City, the relocated 3S facility offers customers a refreshed and more accessible setting for their Suzuki needs.

For his part, SPH Director and General Manager for the Automobile Division Norihide Takei, of Suzuki Philippines Incorporated expressed gratitude to the dealer-partners for the continued trust and support.

“These new and improved facilities strengthen our network and bring us closer to more Filipino customers as we continue to be By Your Side,” he noted.

Recent developments

Recently, SPH also expanded the Ertiga Hybrid lineup with the launch of the GLX AT Sport variant.

The multi-purpose vehicle wears exterior accessories straight from the showroom. Giving it a sporty look are the following portions.

• Front under spoiler
• Side under spoiler
• Rear under spoiler
• Rear upper spoiler
• Suzuki Sport emblem

This specific trim is only available in Magma Gray Metallic body color.

Priced at P1.199 million, the Suzuki Ertiga Hybrid GLX AT Sport reflects a P21,000-bump on the standard version’s price tag.

Powering the aforementioned vehicle is a four-cylinder, 16-valve, 1.5-liter, gasoline-fed engine (K15B) with the brand’s proprietary 12-volt hybrid system. Such a configuration can dish out:

Power is sent to the front wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission while the motor gets its power from a 0.72 kilowatt-hour battery.
