While the recently concluded 9th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) saw a galore of car launches, previews, and concept car showcases, it also played host to a number of aftermarket parts providers, truck bodybuilders, and even a local recreational vehicle (RV) distributor.

ACDelco
Making an appearance at the 2024 PIMS is the local arm of the General Motors-owned ACDelco. At the aftermarket section of the car show, it opened up a huge booth showcasing its high-quality aftermarket parts that are compatible with a wide range of car makes and models.
The most notable offerings of the brand include its lineup of fuel and air filters, its Professional Series car batteries, thermostats, spark plugs, and suspension components - among others.
Brembo
Likewise, Brembo Philippines is featured at this year’s PIMS. At its sizable booth, the world leader and innovator in disc brake technology showcased its Prime Premium line, motorcycle brake components, and many other products.
Bendix
Another brake brand to grace PIMS is US-based Bendix. During the length of the four-day car show, the company highlighted its line of high-performance brake fluids.
Tokico
Tokico, which is now distributed in the Philippines by BSB Junrose Corporation, made an appearance at PIMS to showcase its performance shock absorbers. Specifically, it displayed examples of its Standard, Alpha-Plus, and S-Plus series.
Other than performance shock absorbers, the brand also sells other high-performance suspension components, including struts and coilovers.
Bosch
Bosch Philippines made an appearance at PIMS with a huge booth showcasing its wide array of aftermarket parts, tools, and car accessories.
Highlighted in particular by the booth were the brand’s aftermarket selections of horns, spark plugs, wipers, LED headlamps, and filters.
Der Armor, Carryboy
Der Armor and Carryboy are showcased front and center through a huge booth at this year's PIMS.
Both brands displayed several vehicles that were kitted out with their respective line of off-road equipment.
For Der Armor, several of its showcased modified off-road rigs demonstrated the versatility and durability of the brand’s Revolver bed cover. Carryboy, on the other hand, has its latest offerings, including the highly versatile CVS design equipped with electric roller shutter doors and the EcoBus sustainable transport solution for pick-up trucks.
Truck bodybuilders, distributors
Centro Manufacturing Corporation
One of the largest booths at the 2024 PIMS aftermarket section belonged to local truck body manufacturer and commercial vehicle expert Centro.
Given particular focus at its booth was various body types for the Isuzu Traviz, Suzuki Carry, and Mitsubishi L300. Especially attention-grabbing was the Mini C-Dump, which is a dump truck body configuration available for the L300.
Nuts RV Philippines Corporation
Another interesting company to appear at the 2024 PIMS is Nuts RV.
For the unfamiliar, Nuts RV is a Cebu-based campervan specialist. At the 9th PIMS, the corporation showed off its Cresson Ventura model, which utilizes the Hino 300 truck.
OEM aftersales, merchandise
Apart from the brands and companies mentioned above, the aftermarket section of the 2024 PIMS also hosted several booths from original equipment manufacturers (OEM). All of them were present to provide genuine car parts, branded merchandise, and other aftersales services.
