11th PH EV Summit: Jetour Auto PH offers sweet options for Ice Cream

MANILA: Jetour Auto Philippines Incorporated (JAPI) is presenting enticing attractive terms for the Ice Cream at the ongoing 11th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit.

For the three-day exposition, the Wuhu-headquartered marque continues its financing partnership with Maybank and is providing a low down payment option of 15 percent, or a monthly amortization of as low as P7,339.

The electrified hatchback from one of the country’s newest contenders in the local automotive industry is also available for test drives for customers to experience the vehicle’s offerings.

A four-seater urban electric vehicle, Jetour Ice Cream can cover as much as 170 kilometers (km) when fully charged. Juicing up the vehicle’s lithium-ion battery only takes eight hours using a 220-volt wall outlet charger.

JAPI claimed that driving it around will only cost the owner P1.41 per kilometer and P193 to charge it from 0-100 percent.

Powered by a 20-kilowatt-hour electric motor that can produce 26.6 horsepower and 85 Newton-meters of instantaneous torque, the Jetour Ice Cream EV can reach speeds of up to 100 kilometers per hour.

Its host of amenities includes the U-shaped smiling LED daytime running lights, full air-conditioning, multi-information display and infotainment unit, gaming chair-design front seats, among others.

Packaged with a three-year or 100,000-km vehicle warranty (whichever comes first) as well as an eight-year or 120,000-km battery warrant, the Jetour Ice Cream’s pricing starts at P699,000.
