MANILA: The 2016 Honda Civic is presently considered the most awaited car of the Philippines auto industry. The car first took the market by storm when the company released a short teaser video with an 'Is Coming' tag taking the center stage. Now it seems that the D-day is approaching near, with Honda Philippines opening the 2016 Civic reservation page.

Like the US spec powered by both 1.5L and 2.0l engine, this one too will come paired with a turbocharger. Thus, ensuring high power output of 172 PS along with a peak torque of 220 Nm. The engine in 10th generation Civic is mated to Continuously Variable Transmission, a product of Honda Earth Dreams Technology, ensuring high levels of handling and power packed performance.

As an additional bit of information, the next-generation Civic will be accompanied by an Civic RS. The word RS referring to 'Road Sailing' design, and is for the ones whose pick is an aggressive, hulk-like car.
