2020 Ram Heavy Duty Limited Black mixes luxury with 1,356 Nm of torque

MANILA: Luxury comes in different levels for a whole lot of people but Ram takes it to a whole different level and you’ll see how it’s implemented in the new 2020 Heavy Duty Limited Black.

The Detroit truck maker takes the Limited trim and layers the exterior with a monochromatic appearance package that includes the grille with R-A-M letters, black exterior accents, matte black badging and 17-inch black aluminum wheels.

It comes in either 4x2 or 4x4 drive layout and with any of these engines: the 6.4-liter HEMI® V-8; the 6.7-liter Cummins Turbo Diesel I-6; or the 6.7-liter Cummins Turbo Diesel I-6 High Output engines.

The cabin uses the Ram Mega Cab to offer the biggest interior space in the segment. It has real wood, real leather, a 12-inch Uconnect touchscreen system, and uses a link-coil suspension to enhance ride and handling.

On top of all of that, the 2020 Heavy Duty Limited Black brings another segment first, 1,356 Nm of torque. That allows it to tow as much as 35,100 pounds and carry a payload of 7,680 pounds.

The 2020 Ram Heavy Duty Limited Black is priced at $62,745 (Php 3.1 million).
