MANILAAudi Philippines’ service team recently underwent a series of specialized training sessions to ensure that all members are fully equipped to handle its range of offerings — regardless of the powertrain.

    The series of training sessions were focused to ensure that the technical staff is proficient in servicing all Audi models — which vary from internal combustion-, hybrid, or purely electric-powered.

    Per Audi Philippines, the training covered several aspects.

    First, the Importer Process Analysis and Workshop Processes were thoroughly evaluated and updated in line with the 2024 process analysis topics. The aforementioned portion ensures that the Service Department operates with utmost efficiency and effectiveness.

    The training also placed importance on the Technical Service Processes for Importer Technical Staff and Workshop teams. The Process Coaching Workshop concentrated on Service Core Processes and included specialized instruction on the High Voltage Vehicle Reception and Fault Error process — which is a crucial area for electric vehicle (EV) maintenance.

    Lastly, training also had a Technical Coaching Workshop that gave in-depth training on advanced diagnostic tools that would accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
