Audi presents E concept at Auto Guangzhou 2024

MANILA: Audi has displayed its concept car at the recently held Auto Guangzhou in China.

Per the German carmaker, the Audi E concept was developed in cooperation with Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC).

The Audi E concept is an electric Sportback powered by two electric motors that can generate up to 764 horsepower. The brand’s proprietary quattro all-wheel drivetrain provides the concept vehicle with outstanding driving dynamics.

Further, the Audi E concept is said to feature the digital expertise of SAIC.

“This fusion makes the Audi E concept a unique entity in the demanding Chinese market and is aimed specifically at new, tech-savvy customer segments,” the company wrote in a press release.

In the Philippines, Audi has a strong lineup consisting of both traditional internal combustion engine-powered models as well as new-energy vehicles such as full electric cars. 

Notable nameplates from Audi’s local subsidiary include the e-tron, e-tron GT, RS e-tron, and Q8 e-tron.
