Changan Auto formally opens flagship dealership in Pasig City

MANILA: Changan Auto, under the distributorship of Inchcape Philippines, has officially opened its flagship dealership located in Pasig City. 

The said facility, which is positioned strategically along C5 corner Carlo J. Caparas Street, is currently the largest Changan outlet in the Philippines. In total, the flagship outlet boasts a floor space of 4,373 square meters.

Inside, it features a large showroom and a roomy service area. Altogether, these are touted by the car brand to provide the utmost best in terms of car buying experience, as well as an excellent ownership experience. 

According to Inchcape Managing Director for South Asia and Pacific Alex Hammett, the formal opening of the new flagship dealership heralds more big things to come for the marque. 

“This milestone highlights our shared commitment to excellence and signifies more exciting things to come for Changan Auto,” Hammett said. 

One of the brand’s immediate future plans is to continuously improve its facilities. To note, Changan Auto Pasig is situated inside the 11,222 square-meter Inchcape Philippines Distribution Complex. Within the said complex, the brand is establishing a 1,338-square-meter Parts Distribution Center, which Inchcape says will have six months' worth of spare parts for all models.

Furthermore, the complex mentioned above houses the Changan Training Academy, which includes two spacious training rooms and dormitories. The training academy functions as a dedicated area for service teams to improve Changan's overall capability in after-sales.

Per Changan Auto General Manager Maricar Parco, the opening of the Changan Auto Pasig flagship dealership is also a sign of the brand’s staying power in the local automotive industry. 

“The opening of our flagship showroom and service center in Pasig, not only represents a significant milestone for the brand, it underscores our dedication to providing great customer experiences and reinforces our commitment to the Philippine market,” Parco said.
