Changan's Vital 5 after-sales program offers fixed PMS pricing, various services

MANILA: Changan Motor Philippines Inc. (CMPI) is presenting its Vital 5 Plus aftersales program.

Vital 5 is designed offer one of the lowest ownership costs in the industry, and also the most convenient preventive maintenance service (PMS) at every six months or 10,000 kilometers, whichever comes first, at standardized prices across all Changan dealerships.

The Changan Vital 5 Plus after-sales program also reassures customers starting Day One of ownership.

Changan’s five-year or 150,000-km warranty for the first three years (or 100,000 km) covers important parts that are usually overlooked in other basic offers, like painting and rubber parts.

With Changan Fastlane, two certified Changan technicians will simultaneously service a vehicle in 60 minutes flat. Should the service exceed the time, the service will be free of charge, 

Changan Veloservice is the first in the industry to boldly guarantee 100% availability of PMS parts. Customers could get the parts for free should they not be immediately available. 

Changan Pace-setter provides three years of 24/7 care, such as roadside assistance towing service, and even assistance in case the Changan owner encounters natural, personal, and medical emergencies. The Changan Pace-setter can be contacted through (02) 8459-4767.
