Chery Auto PH opens Bacolod dealership

MANILA: Chery Auto Philippines (CAP) has bolstered its presence in the country as it opened a dealership in the City of Smiles.

Managed by the Angs Automotive Incorporated, Chery Bacolod is a 2,119 square-meter dealership located at 13th Hilado Street, Bacolod City — a highly-urbanized area in the Negros Island region that is the third most densely populated island in the country.

The dealership — which is open Mondays-Saturdays from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. — the newly-inaugurated outlet showcases Chery’s global visual identity for its showroom and aftersales facilities. It also boasts several work bays that are ready to cater the needs of clients in Bacolod and nearby areas.

Leading the inauguration ceremony for Chery Bacolod were Bacolod City Councilor Pao Sy (Office of the Mayor representative), Angs Automotive Incorporated Dealer Principal Anna Marie Gochangco, Angs Automotive Incorporated Chairman Joaquin Gochangco, Chery Bacolod Branch Manager Ed Baniel, United Asia Automotive Group Incorporated (UAAGI) Group Managing Director Froilan Dytianquin, UAAGI Dealer Development Department Vice President Dan Calma, Chery Auto Philippines Sales and Distribution Department Vice President Alex Aspillera, and UAAGI Customer Service Department Vice President Lito Landicho.

For his part, Dytianquin officially welcomed Chery Auto Bacolod to the UAAGI family. He said “UAAGI’s partnership with Chery Auto Bacolod shares a common vision of taking the Chery brand and aftersales service to the next level by making it accessible to more Filipino car buyers especially in the Visayas region.”
