DFM Nanobox EV offered with low DP, cash discount

MANILA: Dongfeng Motors (DFM) Philippines has launched a new promo for the Nanobox electric vehicle (EV), which allows hopeful adopters to enjoy a low downpayment plan as well as a tempting cash discount.

Launched last year under DFM Philippines authorized dealer Legado Motors Incorporated, the DFM Nanobox is now offered — to car buyers who will finance their purchase — with an all-in downpayment cost of just P48,000 (subject to 20 percent bank approval).

Meanwhile, those who will pay for it by cash can get a P150,000 discount.

Purchases will include a seven-kilowatt wall charger and a vehicle warranty of up to five years or 150,000 kilometers (km) as well as a battery warranty of up to eight years or 170,000 km, whichever comes first.

DFM Nanobox quick specs

The DFM Nanobox is a compact hatchback EV that boasts an estimated range of some 331 km. It can seat up to five passengers and features a seven-inch full LCD instrument panel complemented by a 10-inch high-definition central infotainment system, comfortable leather seats, and a reverse camera.

Outside, it offers would-bw owners with retro-classic styling that comes in a variety of youthful exterior colors.

The abovementioned features make the DFM Nanobox a city-friendly EV for one’s daily urban crawl.

It has a sticker price of P888,000.
