Oil firms retain gasoline retail prices this week
MANILA: Fuel companies in the Philippines continued the pump price hike on diesel this week — the second consecutive increase for the final quarter of 2024.

The movements in pricing took effect early today (October 8).As announced in their respective advisories yesterday, Cleanfuel, Caltex, Jetti, Petron, Seaoil, and Unioil are set to raise the price of diesel by P1.20 per liter.
In addition, companies that retail kerosene have also jacked up the pricing of the aforementioned product by P0.70 per liter.
Meanwhile, gasoline products did not reflect any price change.
The adjustments on the prices at the pump started today (October 10).
Last week, firms opened the last quarter of the year with an increase of P0.45 per liter on gasoline products, P0.90 per liter for diesel, and P0.30 per liter on kerosene.
