Dodge Durango R/T gets HEMI Orange appearance

MANILA: This summer, the Dodge brand's three-row muscle car will debut a new look: HEMI Orange. The popular appearance, which was first featured last year on the Dodge Challenger and Dodge Charger, is now available for the 2022 Dodge Durango R/T HEMI Orange.

“HEMI Orange is a hot option for the Dodge Challenger and Charger, and now we’re expanding its reach by offering the Dodge Durango R/T HEMI Orange. The Durango has a muscle-car attitude, and the eye-catching HEMI Orange appearance embraces the Dodge performance DNA that is our foundation,” Dodge Chief Executive Officer Tim Kuniskis stated.

The original orange color of the renowned HEMI engine that powered Dodge muscle cars for decades inspired the Dodge Durango R/T HEMI Orange look; the Durango R/T is powered by a 5.7-liter HEMI V-8 engine.

The striking orange and Gunmetal hood stripes on the Dodge Durango R/T HEMI Orange match the new-look Midnight Grey and orange exterior badging. The Durango R/T HEMI Orange rides on painted finish 20-inch Black Noise wheels and has a Satin Black tail lamp. HEMI Orange is available on all exterior colors of the Dodge Durango R/T: Destroyer Grey, Diamond Black, Octane Red, and White Knuckle.

All three rows of seats, including the SRT front seats and second-row captain's chairs, are accented with orange stitching, with a monochromatic Dodge Rhombi seatback emblem. The instrument panel, door uppers and armrest, console lid, shifter boot, and leather flat-bottom steering wheel are also embellished with orange stitching.

HEMI Orange Plus Package and HEMI Orange Tow N Go Package options are available for customers looking to add a comprehensive menu of content to the Dodge Durango R/T HEMI Orange.

The HEMI Orange Plus Package adds a power sunroof, a Harman Kardon 19-speaker sound system, advanced safety technologies, and more. Meanwhile, the HEMI Orange Tow N Go Package adds upgraded towing features, 20-inch Lights Out wheels, orange Brembo brake calipers, Bilstein high-performance suspension, and additional features and content.

The Dodge Durango R/T HEMI Orange is now available for order through dealerships, with a US MSRP of US$1,995 to add the HEMI Orange appearance.  HEMI Orange Plus and HEMI Orange Tow N Go packages with MSRPs of US$4,500 and US$5,095, respectively, are offered as options.
