Dongfeng Nissan unveils all-new N7 EV at Auto Guangzhou 2024

MANILA: Dongfeng Nissan — a 540-50 joint venture between Dongfeng Motor Group and Nissan Motors — unveiled the all-new N7 electric sedan at the recently concluded Auto Guangzhou 2024. 

Per Dongfeng Nissan, the N7 electric vehicle “promises consumers in the world’s largest automotive market a stress-free driving experience, superior comfort, and a suite of intelligent technology.” 

No information about the electric vehicle’s (EV) powertrain has been mentioned by Dongfeng Nissan, but it highlighted the sedan’s size and style — noting that it carries Nissan's iconic V-Motion design signature in a fluid body with the following dimensions: 

Length	4,930 millimeters (mm)
Width	1,895 mm
Height	1,487 mm
Wheelbase	2,915 mm

 

The result is an unmissable presence and a spacious cabin. 

Dongfeng Nissan also pointed out that the N7 EV packs an infotainment system powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P processor, which promises exceptional computing power for a seamless connected experience.

Further, Dongfeng Nissan partnered with Momenta — an autonomous driving technology company in China — to quip the N7 with an advanced driver-assist system called “Navigate on Autopilot.”

“The N7 is developed and produced in China, pairing vehicle intelligence technology from established local partners with Nissan’s high-quality manufacturing, to meet the exacting standards of consumers in the region,” the company wrote in a press release. 

Dongfeng Nissan targets to launch the N7 EV in China by the first half of 2025.
