DOTr supports resolution to temporarily prohibit unvaccinated from non-essential travel
MANILA: The Department of Transportation (DOTr) supports the Resolution that temporarily prohibits unvaccinated individuals from traveling, except for essential goods and services, while Metro Manila is under Alert Level 3, the agency said in a statement.
