Ford PH accords special rates to Typhoon Carina-stricken customers

MANILA: The number of automotive manufacturers extending special offers to their customers affected by Typhoon Carina (international name Gaemi) is growing.

This as Ford Philippines is also giving clients in Luzon discounts — 20-percent on parts and 10-percent on labor costs for repairs — to help them get back on their feet following the onslaught.

In a statement, the Blue Oval arm in the country said that the special rates until August 31, 2024.

“We recognize that Typhoon Carina has caused damage to vehicles especially in areas affected by heavy rains and flooding. In light of this, we are extending special discounts on parts and labor to assist our customers, allowing them to get back on the road with confidence and peace of mind,” Ford Philippines Customer Service Division Director Joyce Laxamana was quoted as saying.

According to Ford Philippines, customers may schedule an assessment through the Online Service Booking at www.ford.com.ph/service-booking/ on the Ford website.

Through the said option, clients may conveniently book appointments at their preferred Ford dealership. They will also get instant confirmation of their booking, as well as modify their booking on the system.

Complementing the said online service is the Service Price Calculator, a tool that allows customers to know in advance the estimated periodic maintenance service (PMS) pricing based on the vehicle model and selected Ford dealer prior to the actual service appointment.

Customers who need towing services for their Ford vehicles can reach Emergency Roadside Assistance at (+632) 8459-4723 to 24.
