Ford PH sales up by 50% in Q3
MANILA: Ford Philippines maintained its outstanding sales performance after recording double-digit growth in its year-to-date and quarterly retail performance.

Ford Ranger was the best-selling Ford model in the Philippines in the first nine months of the year, moving 7,484 units.Sales for the first nine months increased by 10% to 16,244 units versus the same period last year, with the Ranger and Territory taking the lead. Sales of the Ranger grew by 12% to 7,484 units, while the Territory maintained its retail momentum with sales rising by 29% to 6,430 units. With a 52% market share, the Territory remained in the top spot in the small SUV market.
On a quarterly basis, sales increased to 7,288 units in the third quarter of the year, a growth of 50% versus the same period last year. When compared to the previous quarter this year, sales increased by 69%.
Ford Philippines also recorded its best retail monthly performance of the year in September, with sales increasing by 62% to 2,896 units sold, primarily due to strong sales of the next-generation Ranger at 1,311 units, Territory at 812 units, and next-generation Everest at 723 units.

Launching our next-gen vehicles in the last quarter definitely gave our retail performance a big boost, and we are definitely encouraged to sustain the momentum as we near the end of the year with more exciting offers and services for our customers,” Ford Philippines Managing Director Mike Breen stated.
Ford Philippines launched the next-generation Ranger and Everest during the third quarter. Before the vehicles were officially unveiled to the public, Ford began taking reservations for the next-generation Ranger and Everest via an online reservation platform.
Customers can reserve the next-generation Ranger or Everest anytime, anywhere, without having to go to a Ford dealership. They may do so at the online portal, which is accessible through the Ford Philippines website.
Since the portal's launch, it has received nearly 500 vehicle reservations and more than 2,000 vehicle quote requests.
Ford Island Conquest (FIC), Ford Philippines' annual nationwide test drive event, returned alongside the launch of the next-generation Ranger and Everest, giving potential customers a chance to see and test drive Ford vehicles outside a Ford showroom.
Over the last four FIC legs, over 800 reservations for different Ford vehicles were received, including almost 2,000 test drives and over 3,000 prospects served. More cash discounts and promotions will be available during the next FIC test drive events at SM Seaside Cebu on October 28 to 30, and at Bonifacio Global City Amphitheater and SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds on November 18 to 20.
