Ford Philippines assures to improve aftersales service in the country
MANILA: Although Ford packs in some marvellous vehicles in its lineup for the Philippines, the American automobile manufacturer has faced quite a lot of criticism over the cost of its spare parts, maintenance cost, and other aftersales services. To put an end to the long road of criticism and provide the Filipinos with best in the industry aftersales services, Ford Philippines has assured the people of the Philippines that it will keep working on improving its aftersales services.
Ford Philippines Managing Director PK Umashankar has cited that he will be visiting various dealerships in the country for having a better understanding of the market and customer interest. Moreover, the newly appointed MD has laid down a plan that involves fulfilling three major goals:
- Commit dealer viability
- Strengthen the brand
- Heighten customer experience
"I open all customer issues every day. I do that passionately. It tells us the gaps that we have that involves helping customers. Prices of parts would be uniform. We would have to suck it up", said Umashankar.
