Goodyear Autocare gets Gold in 2021 Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards

MANILA: Goodyear Autocare, the retail and service center of Goodyear Philippines, Inc. (GYP), was recognized as the Gold winner of the 2021 Reader’s Digest Quality Service Award under the Tire Retailer Category.

The recent award reflects the commitment of Goodyear Autocare in providing world-class service to its valued customers. It also signifies the store’s progress over the past year, as it was hailed as the Silver winner of the same award in 2020.

With more than 100 stores nationwide, Goodyear Autocare serves as a one-stop shop for quick automotive services. In 2020, they started to implement the Zero Contact Policy as part of their health protocols to guarantee the safety of their customers and employers within their stores.

The Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards (QSA) recognizes the business that provided customer excellence across the Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia in the past 12 months. The winners for each category were chosen by consumers through a survey. The scores were defined by five key pillars: personalization, understanding, simplicity, satisfaction, and consistency.
