MANILA: Grab Philippines has released a set of initiatives to protect its customers, rider partners, driver partners, and delivery partners during the current adverse weather conditions.

    The company has acknowledged the need for its delivery partners to continue earning a living and for clients who want to rely on its food and grocery delivery services amid the bad weather. Regardless, it has asked for patience as it is also focusing on the safety and well-being of the aforementioned delivery partners. 

    Financial Services

    Even as the country continues deep into the rainy season, Grab has declared that GrabPay and its lending products will remain operational. The company is aware of the need for extra financial resources during emergency situations, and so it is encouraging its users to utilize its digital financial platforms. In doing so, the need to go out to access physical money-related services will be minimized.
