MANILA: The Manila International Auto Show (MIAS), one of the most significant annual automotive industry events in the Philippines, is about to kick off.

Car launches
BYD eMAX 7
The BYD eMAX 7 will have its public debut at the 2025 MIAS. At the said event, ACMobility-managed BYD Cars Philippines will also reveal its pricing for the local market.

As of this writing, the marque has already disclosed the said multi-purpose vehicle’s (MPV) specifications. To recall, its top-spec Superior Captain trim can produce up to 201 horsepower and 310 Newton-meters of torque. It also boasts an all-electric range of 420 kilometers.
Possible Suzuki Dzire launch
Suzuki Philippines Incorporated previously shared a MIAS-related social media post a couple of days ago, and it could be the introduction of the next-generation Dzire.

The marque has not confirmed if it is indeed the latest iteration of the said subcompact sedan, but the shadowy teaser shows a vehicle with a similar shape to the one already sold in the Indian market.
Chery Tiggo Cross
Chery Auto Philippines, under the management of the United Asia Automotive Group Incorporated, will be launching the all-new Chery Tiggo Cross at the upcoming car show.

Not many details about the Philippine-spec version have been shared just yet, but it is speculated that it will have a sub-P1 million price tag.
GWM Haval H9, updated Cannon
GWM (Great Wall Motors) Philippines will be debuting two new vehicles at MIAS.

One is the Haval H9 mid-size sports utility vehicle, while the other is the updated version of the Cannon pickup truck.

Changan 4 NEV models
Changan Cars Philippines is set to debut a total of four new electric vehicle models at the 20th MIAS.

The brand has yet to declare which models it is bringing in, but one could be the Changan Hunter range-extended electric vehicle (REEV). To recall, the said pickup truck was presented at the Philippine International Motor Show last year.
Other car brands
Apart from the ones listed above, the organizers of MIAS have already confirmed the list of car, truck and motorcycle brands that will be present at the aforementioned event.
