MANILA: Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) hosted its 2023 Dealer Conference on Friday, February 24, at the Grand Ballroom of Okada Manila in Parañaque City.

HCPI's National Skills Contest recognize the skills of the dealer service associates in line with global practices designed to improve service quality.The Dealer Conference gave recognition to the top-performing HCPI dealers in terms of sales and aftersales. 663 dealer participants from 37 Honda Cars dealerships nationwide were present in the event with the theme “Honda Charging Ahead: Drive to Transformation.”
Honda Cars Batangas was hailed as the Dealer of the Year, rising from the third place in 2020 and second place in 2021. Honda Cars Marcos Highway placed second, while Honda Cars Quezon City and Honda Cars Fairview tied at third place.
Honda Cars Marcos Highway took the first place in Sales Achievers category. Honda Cars Manila ranked second, while Honda Cars Fairview ranked third.
Honda Cars Tagum emerged as the Top in Sales Satisfaction, followed by Honda Cars Batangas and Honda Cars Greenhills which ranked second and third, respectively.
Honda Cars Marcos Highway also ranked first among Service Intake Achievers. Honda Cars Fairview ranked second, while Honda Cars Alabang ranked third.
Honda Cars Fairview, on the other hand, was hailed as the Top in Service Satisfaction. Honda Cars Iloilo ranked second, while Honda Cars Marcos Highway ranked third.
For the Top Safety Advocates category, Honda Cars Angeles-Clark ranked first, Honda Cars Alabang ranked second, and Honda Cars Zamboanga ranked third.
Honda Cars Batangas was named the Best in After-Sales Operations. Honda Cars Marcos Highway ranked second, while Honda Cars Fairview ranked third.
HCPI also conducted the awarding ceremony for the 23rd National Skills Contest (NSC) at the event. The NSC recognized the skills of the dealer service associates in line with global practices designed to improve service quality.
