Honda Cars PH inaugurates new training center, parts warehouse

MANILA: Honda Cars Philippines Incorporated (HCPI) has formally opened a new training center and parts warehouse within its office complex in Santa Rosa, Laguna. 

Per the marque, the new facility will support its continued push to provide the best quality of aftersales service, which is offered to clients by its lineup of authorized dealerships spread around the country.  

Notably, the New Service Training Center is said to match HCPI’s standards for its dealerships. It features a workshop, a merchandise display section, interactive technician training, and the “Active Reception Process.”

According to HCPI, the center’s advanced technician training allows trainees to be familiarized with the latest technologies for automotive body works and paint tools. Examples of the aforementioned include a body aligner and a paint booth.

The Active Reception Process, meanwhile, is an accurate simulation of real-world dealership operations. As such, learners can get more meaningful insights into providing the best possible aftersales experience for local Honda clients. 

With regards to the new parts warehouse facility, HCPI shared that it was established with the cooperation of Honda Logistics Philippines. As such, it leverages advanced warehousing capabilities through its use of the latest storage and organizing tools.

According to HCPI President Rie Miyake, the centralized nature of the new Honda training center and parts warehouse will aid in streamlining the brand’s aftersales operations. 

“We at Honda always want to put our best foot forward for our customers. This includes providing not only quality products but quality service as well. By having a new, centralized training center with advanced amenities, we can provide better support for our dealer frontliners,” Miyake said. 

“This is just one step that we take to improve our processes as we strive to serve you and our customers better. We hope you can all continue to support Honda Cars in the years and projects to come,” Miyake added.
