Honda Cars PH plans to sell 300 all-new CR-V units monthly

Honda Cars Philippines Incorporated (HCPI) is keen on rolling out 300 units of the all-new CR-V to buyers every month.

HCPI Vice President Atty. Louie Soriano bared the sales target during the launch of the nameplate’s sixth generation, which comes in two powertrain options: the 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline and 2.0-liter gasoline with full hybrid powertrain technology.

According to him, 70 percent of the aforementioned goal is expected to come from the internal combustion engine-propelled options while the remaining 30 percent will be those that have the E:HEV system.

To note, all-new Honda CR-V comes in three variations namely the top of-the-line 2.0 RS e:HEV E-CVT (priced at P2.59 million), mid-grade 1.5 VX Turbo CVT AWD (P2.28 million), and entry-level 1.5 V Turbo CVT (P2.1 million).

HCPI shared that the model’s gasoline-powered units will become available within the month while the full-hybrid version examples are set to arrive come October 2023.
