Honda Cars PH rolls out ‘Rainy Day Special’ promo

MANILA: Honda Cars Philippines Incorporated (HCPI) has introduced the ‘Rainy Day Special’ promo, which is exclusive to users of the Honda Connect phone application.

The special offer is available until September 30, 2024, at participating Honda Cars dealerships.

Under the promo, Honda car owners with an active account for the said app are entitled to a free 50-point check-up, which also covers tire and battery inspections. Honda Connect users may also get a 10-percent discount on select parts and fluids (windshield washer fluid, wiper blades, brake pads, brake fluid). A 20-percent discount on air-conditioner lubricant is likewise available.

Users of the Japanese car brand’s app who can reach a minimum amount spent of P3,000 may also get a free “wipe down disinfection service.” A minimum amount spent of P10,000, meanwhile, comes with a free water-repellent coating kit. 

Those who have used Honda Connect but have no recorded service visits in the past year are also treated to a P500 discount on periodic maintenance or general repair services upon reaching a minimum spending of P3,000.

In addition, the users of the app can enjoy up to 25-percent discounts on Honda Official Merchandise, such as umbrellas, caps, and jackets. 

Besides the aforementioned promos, HCPI has also launched the “Honda Connect Download and Win” raffle promo. Simply download the app for a chance to win a Honda City S 1.5 S CVT, a BeAT motorcycle, free periodic maintenance, or Honda official merchandise. 

The raffle promo will run until October 15, 2024, and its draw will be held on October 17, 2024. 

For those unaware, Honda Connect was initially introduced for the Philippine market in September 2023 together with the next-gen CR-V. It provides a seamless digital link between a car owner and his or her Honda. 

Via the app, a user can remotely lock and unlock the car’s doors, detect possible intruders via its alarm function, automatically call emergency services in the event of a crash, and remotely locate the vehicle, among others.

The Honda Connect app is available from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or the Huawei App Gallery.
