The LF-ZL is designed with innovative features that seamlessly connect mobility, people, and society. The luxury carmaker’s next-generation battery electric vehicle (BEV) concept car, the LF-ZC (Lexus Future Zero-emission Catalyst) made its world debut at the event. Its production version will be released in 2026.
It was revealed along with the LF-ZL (Lexus Future Zero-emission Luxury) flagship BEV concept model, which gives a glimpse of “a future where mobility, people, and society are seamlessly connected.”
The LF-ZC is designed with sleek dimensions, low center of gravity, roomy cabin, and emotionally driven styling.
Inside, this concept car comes with the digitalized Intelligent Cockpit with a new software platform called Arene OS. This software can be updated so that the car can keep up with the changing trends on safety technologies and multimedia features as years go by.
An artificial intelligence-powered voice recognition system called Butler also enhances the ownership experience not only by its quick response to voice commands and perceptive suggestions, but also by providing route and mode recommendations based on the driver’s activity and mood patterns.

On the other hand, the LF-ZL is designed with the brand’s traditional omotenashi features and incorporates technological aspects in them for an unparalleled driving experience.
Just like the LF-ZC, the LF-ZL comes with the Arene OS. Another innovative feature is the car’s onboard sensors that work together with digital data from the surroundings. When the driver points to things or places of interest while driving, the car’s display instantly provides information along with voice guidance, enhancing the connection between the occupants and the surroundings.
