We are optimistic that the local motoring public will respond positively to our portfolio of product offerings, and we are likewise eager to grow KGM PH into a household name for expertly crafted, reliable, Korean-made automobiles,” TCCCI Chairman of the Board Ambassador Jose Cuisia Jr. said.
Before being renamed to KG Mobility globally, the distributorship of Ssangyong in the country was under Berjaya Motor Philippines. Back then, the brand’s arm in the country offered the Tivoli, Korando, Rexton, Musso, and Musso Grand.
In a statement, TCCCI shared that it will offer five KG Mobility products namely the Tivoli Crossover, Tivoli Grand, Torres, Rexton, and Musso.
The company also assured that it will establish a strong network to support the needs of customers nationwide.
“Vehicles will be available for retail and service at select KG Mobility Philippines dealers starting Q4 2023, leading up to the official brand launch which will take place in Q1 2024. And by the end of 2024, TCCCI forecasts a total of 12 established dealerships will form KG Mobility Philippines’ nationwide dealership network,” the firm said in a statement.
Other aftersales complements that KG Mobility Philippines will be offering to the market include a five-year /100,000-kilometer vehicle warranty, and 24/7 emergency roadside assistance via KG Mobility Philippines’ customer support hotline.
To reinforce its entry into the local auto market, throughout the rest of 2023, KG Mobility Philippines will make itself more visible to Filipinos with the implementation of engaging pop-up concept road shows in leading business and lifestyle hubs in the National Capital Region.
