KG Mobility PH vows 'strong aftersales support'

MANILA: Following the acquisition of KG Mobility distributorship in the Philippines, The Covenant Car Company Incorporated (TCCCI) guaranteed a strong aftersales support for their customers  under the Korean automotive marque.

First, KG Mobility Philippines Executive Vice President and Director for Marketing Communications Services Jocelyn Buena assured that the company will have enough supply of spare parts  to meet the needs of its clientele.

“Whenever we carry a new brand, that’s one of the pillars (aftersales support) that we make sure that we are ready with. So just like our other brands, we are going to be ready with our service and parts availability to our clients,” Buena told Zigwheels Philippines.

The company also vowed that new  clients will have easy access to KG Mobility Solutions aftersales support through its accredited and authorized service outlets.

“KG Mobility Solutions is set in place to provide customers with the necessary support they need including swift, one-hour service for periodic vehicle maintenance, or home vehicle servicing packages that can be availed of for more specialized aftersales cases. Apart from these, other aftersales complements include a five-year / 100,000-kilometer vehicle warranty, and 24/7 emergency roadside assistance via KG Mobility Philippines’ customer support hotline,” the company said in a statement.

At present, KG Mobility Philippines has three dealerships in the country and is eyeing to establish a total of 12 by the end of 2024.

In addition, Buena also expressed that the company will not be limiting their services to KG Mobility vehicle owners and will extend their services to Ssangyong-branded models as well.

The local KG Mobility lineup is made up of the Tivoli, Tivoli Grand, Torres, Rexton, and Musso Grand.
