Lalamove Partners with Toyota PH, Introduces Lite Ace as New Transport Partner

MANILA: Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) formed a partnership with premier logistics provider Lalamove through its auto brand, Lalamove Automotive, and introduced the Toyota Lite Ace as a transport partner.

Through this partnership, aspiring and current Lalamove operators will be able to purchase the Toyota Lite Ace Panel Van through Lalamove Automotive's Vehicle Ownership Program.

With the mobility requirements of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) continuously rising, TMP, through one of its dealerships Toyota Taytay, Rizal (TTR), stepped up to meet the demand by establishing an affordable pricing scheme for the Toyota Lite Ace. TTR and Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Philippines then teamed up with Lalamove to offer this budget-friendly pricing as an option for partner operators, enabling them to expand their delivery and transportation services.

With its new compact body and efficient engine, the Toyota Lite Ace Panel Van helps Lalamove partner operators to deliver more cargo as it falls within the required payload capacity for Lalamove vehicles. Customers who book delivery services through the Lalamove app and select the Toyota Lite Ace can be guaranteed the quality, dependability, and durability one would expect from a Toyota vehicle.

TTR and Lalamove Automotive are launching a series of caravans to connect with more prospective operators. As part of the program, every partner operator who purchases a Toyota Lite Ace will receive comprehensive accident and repair coverage from Toyota Insure as well as free Periodic Maintenance Service from 1,000km until the 40,000km checkup.

The Toyota Lite Ace is made to be a reliable business partner of Filipino MSMEs with its affordable price, easy operation, and low maintenance requirements. The Toyota Lite Ace's high efficiency, flexible load capacity, and low fuel consumption help drivers and businesses to get the most out of their drives and increase savings. The Toyota Lite Ace is available in the Panel Van, Pickup, Cargo, and FX variants.

To further strengthen the partnership, Toyota is also looking at the potential use of vehicles from T-Sure, Toyota's Quality Pre-Owned Cars program, for Lalamove operations.
