Lamborghini sales breach 10K-unit mark in 2023
The Italian carmaker's global sales increased by 10% versus 2022.
MANILA: Automobili Lamborghini has sold 10,112 vehicles globally in 2023, corresponding to a 10-percent increase versus 2022.

The United States sold the most Lamborghini units with 3,000 units delivered.As the Italian carmaker celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2023, it was also able to deliver over 10,000 vehicles in a single year for the first time.

3,987 cars were delivered to Europe, Middle East, and Africa, 14-percent higher than the 2022 sales.
Meanwhile, 3,465 units were sold in America, up by nine percent versus the previous year.
2,660 were delivered in Asia Pacific, a four-percent increase compared to 2022.
In terms of individual markets, the United States sold the most Lamborghini units with 3,000 units delivered. It was followed by Germany with 961 units; Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, and Macau with 845 units; the United Kingdom with 801 units; Japan with 660 units; the Middle East with 496 units; South Korea with 434 units; Italy with 409 units; Canada with 357 units; Australia with 263 units; France and Monaco with 255 units; Switzerland with 211 units; Taiwan with 131 units; and India with 103 units.
Among the best-selling Lamborghini models in 2023 were the Urus with 6,087 units delivered, and the Huracan with 3,962 cars sold.
63 cars with the iconic V12 were sold, including the last 12 Aventadors and 51 Few-Offs.
“This outstanding achievement is a clear sign of the growing perception of our brand worldwide and confirms that the strategy we’ve adopted is succeeding. It’s a success made possible also thanks to the invaluable contribution of our network of 184 dealerships operating in 54 different markets,” Automobili Lamborghini Chief Marketing and Sales officer Federico Foschini said.
Aside from achieving a sales milestone, Lamborghini also launched the first V12 high-performance electrified vehicle, the Revuelto, in 2023. Orders for the hybrid super sports car have already covered production through late 2026.
Another vehicle introduced in 2023 was the Lanzador concept car, which provided a visionary preview at the brand’s upcoming fourth all-electric model.
The carmaker also unveiled the SC63, the LMDh class racing car that will compete in the International Motor Sports Association Weathertech Sportscar Championship and the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile World Endurance Championship starting this year.
