Lexus PH To Host Local Culinary Workshops at Mitsukoshi BGC This Weekend

MANILA: Lexus Philippines invites everyone to experience specially crafted culinary treats at Lexus at Mitsukoshi this weekend.

The greatest chefs and tastemakers in Manila will be hosting exclusive workshops for visitors to participate in on August 26 and 27.

Chef Carlos Villaflor of Gallery By Chele and Deli By Chele will be showing the skill of making Octopus Sisig Tacos and Tuna Kinilaw with Watermelon, two delectable dishes that Chef Chele Gonzalez prepared especially for Lexus Philippines. With immense expertise, Chef Villaflor will discuss the nuances of these dishes as well as walk guests through the process of elegant plating.

The Artisan Cellar Door will also host a curated pairing workshop with sommelier Christopher Birt, who will pair the exquisite wine selection with mouth-watering chocolates from Theo & Philo, the country's first bean-to-bar single origin chocolate manufacturer.

Coffee lovers can participate as well because Angkan, a Global Filipino Coffee Company, will talk about the history of the local beans used in their wide variety of Angkan blends and demonstrate how to properly make coffee and latte art. Angkan is a third-wave coffee shop that believes that the best way to truly appreciate coffee is by roasting its own beans.
