LTFRB extends special permit for PUBs for Barangay Elections, All Saints Day
MANILA: Since a high volume of commuters is expected this week due to the upcoming All Saints Day, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board has extended the validity of the special permit issued to public utility buses (PUB).

This is also in preparation for the upcoming Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections on October 30.
