Mazda Philippines Inaugurates New Showroom Branch at Makati

MANILA: Mazda Philippines very recently expanded its functional areas in terms of its showroom branch. It’s not very late to mention about its sibling branch that had been established in Pampanga. This prior branch of Mazda Showroom has been set up for the Central and Northern Luzon customers. The services that it offers list from genuine spare parts to automobile sales. Additionally, it provides full servicing of its models namely Mazda 2, Mazda 3, Mazda 6, CX-5 and Mazda MX-5 roadster. It is interesting to note, that it offers both sales and services of the latest models of Mazda. It is perceived that among the confined competitive brands spread at a global level, Mazda prides in both vogue and efficiency. The Mazda Pampanga showroom spreads on stretch of 1,299 square meters. It flaunts a 6-car display that measures upto 212 square meters. Further, ahead the service station is a 634 square meters of area that accommodates 19 servicing bays.

Mazda has an umbrella of 16 branches in Philippines that are located in Alabang, Greenhills, Makati, North Edsa, Pasig, Quezon Avenue, Cabanatuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Dagupan, Davao, Pampanga, Cavite, Tarlac, Iiollo, and Sta. Rosa. The prior showroom that was established in Makati (April, Year 2014) was closed down (temporarily) due to certain reasons. Mazda had shut it (temporarily non-operational) in order to improve and cater qualitative sales and enriched customer experience. Under such circumstance, team Mazda had already started their research work to come up with a new facility in a while. They had apologized their customers, promising them to be served with further brand new showrooms. In that tenure, Mazda Quezon Avenue and Mazda Cavite were stated to be under renovation stage. Also, Mazda Alabang and Mazda Greenhills were announced to be under soon renovation. Lastly, a new branch was informed to be opened up in North EDSA and Davao.

The flagship Mazda Makati Showroom accommodates an area of 2, 233 square-meter, which puts 12 cars under display. It showcases Mazda's current SKYACTIV-equipped and KODO technology based models. Talking in perspective of its service station it encapsulates 16 service bays that give support in repairing job, check-up and Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS). The Preventive Maintenance Services refers to the servicing for body collision and repainting. There is a distinctive feature that this new showroom presents, which is the highly sophisticated and effective Mazda SKYLOUNGE facility. It has been a generous thought put in by the company to keep its customers satisfied. The provision of modern amenities ensure that the customer feels eased up and constructive in the waiting period. Last but not the least, to create a dynamic yet soothing ambience KODO designs have been put into use.

The Mazda Makati showroom has been set up in association of Mazda and Berjaya Auto Philippines. It is important to note that Berjaya Auto is the sole distributor of Mazda automobiles and Auto Zoom Inc. Mazda's showrooms proprietor are situated in Iloilo, Sta. Rosa, Cavite, and Laguna. The collaboration intends to lead brand new, full showrooms, and service stations for the valuable new and old customers. It can be concluded that the brand Mazda has taken steps going out of the way to please its customers.
