MIAS 2025: Tesla joins PH motoring event for the first time

MANILA: Tesla has joined its first-ever motor show in the Philippines by being present at the ongoing Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) 2025.

Currently displayed at its booth are the New Model Y and 3 as well as its charging options in the country.

The highlighted Tesla Model Y at the event sports its latest and exclusive color called Glacier Blue.

Aside from the new hue option, the refreshed Tesla Model Y is packed with creature comforts such as:

• New 15.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system
• Ventilated front seats
• Power-adjust front seats
• Power-reclining/folding second-row seats
• Second-row eight-inch auxiliary touchscreen
• Wi-Fi connectivity
• Acoustic glass
• Wireless smartphone charger

Meanwhile, the Model 3 has an extended range and an all-new premium cabin to match its exhilarating performance that solidifies its reputation as an exciting option in the electric vehicle market.

New charging stations

Tesla also shared during its presentation that it has added new charging infrastructures to support its growing customer base.

The latest supercharging stations can be found at Uptown Mall, Mall of Asia, and Shangri La Plaza.

Aside from boosting its charging network, Tesla now offers complimentary wall connectors for new owners to charge their units at home via the company's Home Charging Program.

Plans for additional charging sites are already in motion, further enhancing accessibility for Tesla drivers.
