MIAS Wired unveils exciting highlights of this year’s virtual event
MANILA: Worldbex Services International brings back the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) this year which will be conducted digitally for the first time from December 16 to 20.
The MIAS is one of the most awaited automotive events for car enthusiasts as the event annually gives exclusive first dibs on the all-new vehicle models that are soon to be released in the market. For this year, MIAS Wired will be unveiling newly released car models from top brands including BMW, Changan, Chery, Chevrolet, Dodge, Foton, Geely, Hyundai, Jaguar, Jeep, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, MG, Nissan, RAM, Subaru, and Suzuki.
Although this year’s exhibit will be digital, the MIAS Classic and Custom Car competition is going to push through. The contest will feature off-road vehicles, stock cars, and vintage cars which are all creatively modified and customized. The evaluation, which will be administered by automotive industry experts, will be based on the vehicle’s paint, interior and exterior display.
The awarding of the 25th Automotive Association of the Philippines (AAP) Driver of the Year will also be exclusively held within the event. AAP President Gus Lagman will be supervising the ceremony which recognizes the top-notch quality drivers in the country.
Racing and automotive gaming fans are also welcomed to digitally experience the thrill of formula racing with the event’s newest highlights, the Formula V1 Virtual Cup and Formula V1 Fantasy League. MIAS has guaranteed that the virtual experience will be as exhilarating as real-life racing.
Other activities to look forward to are virtual booths, 3D showrooms, the Road Safety Academy by JP Tuason, and so much more.
