It likewise joins the Countryman and Cooper in the British marque’s local all-electric lineup.
So, what is the Mini Aceman offering to prospective buyers?
Exterior
Appearance-wise, the Mini Aceman is a modernized version of the Oxford-headquartered brand’s signature design. Its front end features a hexagonal grille flanked by a pair of polygonal-shaped LED headlamp clusters, which are topped off by a shapely hood.

Over towards the side, the Aceman is basically a shrunken version of its bigger Countryman sibling. Otherwise, it has unique details, such as its set of pronounced black plastic claddings lining its wheel arches and the lower portions of its doors.
As expected, the rear comes with a hatchback shape complemented by a reasonably chunky rear bumper, a pair of “Union-Jack” patterned LED taillights, and an appropriately sized roof-mounted roof spoiler.

Exterior amenities available for the all-electric Mini model include a set of 19-inch wheels, power-folding side mirrors, and roof rails - among others.
When it comes to size, the Mini Aceman is 4,070 millimeters (mm) long, 1,750 mm wide, and 1,500 mm in height. It also has a wheelbase length of 2,606 mm.
As of its launch, the Philippine-spec version’s available color options come with a two-tone look with a Jet Black Roof. Available hues for the vehicle’s body include Melting Silver, Rebel Red, and Indigo Sunset Blue.
Interior
Step inside the Mini Aceman, and one will be greeted by a modernized version of the car brand’s interior design language. Notably, a lot of surfaces are clad in recycled polyester fabric, which mostly comes with colorful, eye-catching colors and patterns.

Otherwise, the vehicle comes with a minimalist dash that was made livelier thanks to eight experience modes. The aforementioned works in conjunction with the car's ambient lighting system, and it goes well together with other interior components, such as the two-spoke leather steering wheel and contrast-stitched Vescin leather seats.
Dominating the dash of the Aceman is a 240 mm circular OLED display. It acts as a unified screen, which functions as the car’s infotainment system and instrument cluster. It also provides a built-in driving assistant and the ninth iteration of the British brand’s new in-house developed operating system.
Keeping devices topped up inside the new model is also done easily, thanks to several USB ports and a wireless smartphone charging pad.

Positioned on the bottom of the round screen, meanwhile, is the “toggle bar.” It houses numerous physical control surfaces for several in-car functions, such as the following:
- Electronic parking brake
- Start/stop
- Audio controls
- Mini experience modes
- Gear selector
- Hazard lamps
At maximum, the Aceman can comfortably seat up to five occupants, and everyone inside is kept cool by an automatic air-conditioning system. It also boasts a maximum cargo capacity of up to 1,005 liters with the 60:40 split-folding rear seat tumbled down.
Safety
Like many of its siblings, the Mini Aceman was equipped with a comprehensive safety kit. It has a total of six airbags, anti-lock braking, traction control, a tire pressure monitor, and ISOFIX child seat anchors. Additionally, the otherwise noise-less electric vehicle (EV) comes with an acoustic pedestrian protection feature, which emits noise to alert adjacent vulnerable road users.

The standard safety kit of the Mini model is likewise reinforced with an array of advanced driver-assist systems, which include:
- Automatic high beams
- Dynamic cruise control
- Automatic speed limit assist
- Lane departure warning
- Parking assist with 360-degree view camera
Powertrain
Propelling the Philippine-spec Mini Aceman is a front-mounted electric motor capable of generating up to 214 horsepower (hp) and 330 Newton-meters of torque. Power is sent to the vehicle’s front wheels via a single-speed automatic transmission.
With the output figures detailed above, the Mini EV can accelerate from zero to 100 kilometers per hour (kph) in just 7.1 seconds. It can also reach a top speed of 170 kph.

According to the standards of the World Harmonized Light Vehicle Test Procedure, the Aceman can cover up to 407 kilometers from a single full charge. It also has direct current rapid charging and 11-kilowatt alternating current charging capabilities.
If topped up at a fast charging station, the Aceman's battery can go from 10-80 percent in just under 30 minutes.
To ensure ride quality, the EV Mini uses a front and rear independent suspension system with coil springs and passive dampers. Stopping power, on the other hand, is provided by front and rear disc brakes.
Price
As of its local launch, the Mini Aceman is priced at P3.55 million, and it is available at the brand's dealerships located at Bonifacio Global City, Alabang, Pampanga, and Cebu.
