Mini PH opens virtual showroom for easier, safer sales and aftersales
MANILA: MINI Philippines has just premiered its digital showroom that enables customers to check out the details of their preferred Mini models through virtual interactions.
This online showroom allows customers to experience the same vibrancy and thrill that they have come to anticipate from the brand.
The MINI Garage also has a total of 42 vehicles that are currently on sale at discounted prices until June 30.
Customers can schedule online easily before going to Mini facilities. They can also chat with a sales executive for their inquiries regarding their preferred MINI models. Sales appointments can also be made through mymini@autohubgroup.com or (0917) 622-8900.
Aftersales customers may opt to use the Autohub Mobile app or book an appointment here. They can also do it through mymini@autohubgroup.com or (0917) 622-8600.

President of Mini Philippines and Autohub Group of Companies Willy Q. Tee Ten explained that the Mini online showroom aims to enhance the engagement of dealer partners and customers. It also opens a convenient payment channel for customers to be able to handle their down payments, and this feature is expected to be activated by the middle of July.
Ten also added that the online showroom was launched in response to the need to protect the employees and valued customers of the auto brand and help minimize the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Meanwhile, Mini physical showrooms have resumed operations with health and safety guidelines in place.
Among the Department of Health (DOH)- compliant safety and health protocols that MINI Philippines is implementing are contactless body temperature scanning before entry, wearing of face masks, and regular disinfection of staff and customers through alcohol dispensers at key entry points.
Other safety and health measures include the regular sanitization of customer units under repair, test drive units, service areas, and showrooms. Adequate physical distancing and proper personal hygiene are also observed daily.
The Mini facilities that have reopened are those located in Pampanga and Alabang. A Mini pop-up store situated in Cebu City will open soon while the Mini Cebu facility is still closed. Moreover, a permanent showroom in Lahug is currently under construction and is slated for completion by the second quarter of 2021. The Bonifacio Global City (BGC) facility is also scheduled to open at this time.
