Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, Honda HR-V, and Audi Q7, all Score Five-star from ANCAP
MANILA: Safety comes first and all of you must be really glad to know that your favorite three models of three different brands have begged five-star from Australian New Car Assessment Program (ANCAP). The vehicles are Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, Honda HR-V, and Audi Q7 which are no doubt equipped with best of the safety features.
Talking about Mitsubishi Pajero first, the vehicle could manage to easily score 36.22 out of 37. In front impact test, the SUV earned 16 out of 16 while in frontal offset test, it stood at 15.22 out of 16. The pedestrian and whiplash protection came out to be good and acceptable. All variants of Mitsubishi Pajero Sport will carry these scores only.
The Honda HR-V has achieved 36.21 out of 37 where its frontal offset test scores read as 15.21 out of 16 and side impact stands as 16 out of 16. Same as Mitsubishi Pajero, even Honda HR-V's pedestrian and whiplash protection is acceptable and good.
Lastly, the Audi Q7 has obtained 36.1 out of 38 for adult occupant protection and 7.42 out of 8 in frontal test. The child occupant protection and pedestrian protection stand at 43.4 out of 49 and 25.4 out of 36 respectively. The whiplash protection is decently good. These scores are applicable on 3.0-litre diesel variants of Audi Q7.

Majorly the common safety features available in all these three models are airbags, anti-lock braking system, electronic brake force distribution system, electronic brake assist, and autonomous emergency braking. Other safety features vary in three models but all are properly equipped in their respective segments.
