Mitsubishi PH opens Commonwealth dealership to bolster presence in NCR

MANILA: Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) has further grown its dealer network after formally opening its latest 3S (sales, service, and spare parts) dealership in the National Capital Region.

Located at Commonwealth Avenue corner Villanueva Drive, Matandang Balara, Quezon City, the newly-inaugurated facility is the brand’s 67th dealership in the country.

Managed by Peak Motors Philippines Incorporated (PMPI), the Japanese marque’s Commonwealth dealer outlet (which is the company’s third Mitsubishi facility locally) has a showroom that can display four cars and a service area with 11 bays.

Under the Union Motor Corporation (UMC) group, PMPI has been one of the leading Mitsubishi dealerships since 1965 as it has been its top performing group in terms of retail.

Spearheading the inauguration rites were MMPC President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Takeshi Hara and his counterpart in the UMC Group, Gilbert Dee Jr.

In a statement, Mitsubishi's local distributor explained that the expansion of its dealer network is eyed to widen its reach as well as to provide quality customer service experience nationwide — noting that it adheres to global standards, from structural design of the building up to the systems and processes of the organization.

The sales showroom is open from 8 a.m.- 6:30 p.m. from Mondays-Sundays (holidays included) while its service center operates from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m., Mondays-Saturdays.
