Mitsubishi sells nearly 250K vehicles from Jan.-Sept. 2023

MANILA: Mitsubishi Motors reported that it sold a total of 247,845 vehicles from January to September 2023.

76,423 of these units were sold in Japan, while the remaining 171,422 were delivered to overseas markets.

In September alone, Mitsubishi sold 31,518 vehicles — 11,684 of which were sold domestically while 19,834 were exported from Japan.

The Japanese carmaker also stated that it manufactured a total of 761,030 vehicles in the first nine months of the year, 100.6-percent higher versus the same period in 2022. 359,984 of these units were produced in Japan, while 401,046 were built in other countries.
