Mitsubishi XFC Concept Makes First Local Appearance at Newport Mall

MANILA: Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) gave the public a preview of the brand’s upcoming five-seater compact SUV by showcasing the Mitsubishi XFC Concept at Newport Mall in Pasay City on June 16 to 18.

After the Mitsubishi XFC Concept's world premiere in Vietnam in October 2022, MMPC presented the concept car in the Philippines for the first time.

On June 17, a special launch program was organized for members of the media, during which the Mitsubishi XFC Concept's innovative design and future plans were highlighted.

This concept for a next-generation compact SUV emphasizes a strong and striking style with a clean, dynamic profile.

The new exterior incorporates Mitsubishi's signature Dynamic Shield concept for yet another one-of-a-kind design that represents both performance and safety.

The Mitsubishi XFC Concept, which has a high ground clearance, emanates power and endurance on any kind of road.

Its interior provides comfort and ease of use with its horizontally themed instrument panel. Despite being a compact SUV, it has a roomy interior and an ample cargo space, ensuring top-notch comfort and convenience for the driver and passengers.

The Mitsubishi XFC Concept is just one of the several new models that MMPC will release in the local market over the coming years.

“Today, we are excited to share and showcase the concept design that will define the future of the Mitsubishi Motors brand and to further beef up our product lineup, we are introducing five new models in the next five years,” MMPC President and Chief Executive Officer Takeshi Hara revealed.
