MMDA to suspend coding for upcoming holidays
MANILA: The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) stated that it will suspend the Expanded Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program — commonly known as the number coding scheme — for the upcoming holidays.
