MMPC’s new mobile app aims for convenient service experience
MANILA: Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) develops a new mobile application for more practical and safer transactions for Mitsubishi vehicle services.
The Mitsubishi Service Connect (MSC) application lets Mitsubishi owners schedule and manage appointments for their vehicle service, repair, and test drive. To reserve an appointment, the clients can utilize the Book Now feature where they can avail vehicle care services such as Preventive Maintenance Service, General Repair, and Body and Paint Repair.
Upon selecting the preferred service, the customer may pick the appointment date, time, and service advisor from their chosen dealership. The application uses the device’s GPS access to locate and suggest nearby authorized dealers. Once the booking is processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email and SMS notification. The system also allows rescheduling and cancellation.
Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation President and CEO Mutsuhiro Oshikiri said, “MMPC puts a high premium to the time spent by its customers to care for their cars. Time has always been a commodity of extreme value to our customers, especially now, during this pandemic. That is why we are introducing a feature-rich mobile application that makes servicing their vehicles safer, more convenient, and completely transparent. The MSC mobile app is yet another brand innovation that shows our dedication to create vehicles and services that work for our customers.”
New and existing Mitsubishi vehicle owners can create their accounts in two ways. First, they can connect their existing Facebook account. Also, users can sign up with their email address. Multiple cars can be added in each account. The online platform enables the customers to view the service history of each vehicle and the total rate of each service.
The customers are also allowed to give ratings and leave reviews and feedbacks on their experience with the mobile app and the actual appointment. This feature will help other Mitsubishi vehicle owners to select a dealership where they can book their appointments as they may filter the list of dealerships based on the ratings.
The Mitsubishi Service Connect Application is available in Google Play Store for Android OS and Apple Store for iOS devices. It can also be accessed through http://www.mmpc-customer.otoleap.com/.
