MPT Mobility Acquires AACI to Expand Tech-Based Mobility Solution Offerings
MANILA: MPT Mobility Corporation, the innovations arm of the Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC), has acquired Assist and Assistance Concept Inc. (AACI) from AXA Partners Holding SA.

Since 2011, AACI, an established provider of roadside assistance by subscription, has been doing business in the Philippines. Aside from its flagship roadside assistance solutions, AACI also provides Travel and Medical Assistance to meet the diverse needs of its valued clientele.
