My Chevrolet Connect, e-Advisor level up Chevy aftersales experience
MANILA: The Covenant Car Company, Inc. (TCCCI), authorized distributor and importer of Chevrolet vehicles and components in the Philippines, continues to boost its aftersales service solutions to offer easy and smart approaches to customers in properly handling their Chevy vehicles.
Chevrolet recently launched the Chevrolet Service e-Advisor and My Chevrolet Connect application, the newest digital service programs that link car owners to their Chevy dealership. These also give access to critical vehicle service needs, whether on the road or in their homes.
The My Chevrolet Connect, first introduced solely for Android users, can now be downloaded on Google Play and the App Store. It also has more upgrades, allowing it to be the go-to app to fulfill the Chevy demands and needs of customers.
The app offers access and utility to functional features that enhance the Chevrolet ownership experience. These include service appointment schedules, rapid dealership assistance, and parts availability inquiry.
My Chevrolet Connect immediately gives available time slots at every Chevy dealer outlet. This allows customers to book for warranty claim, repair, and routine maintenance of their vehicles at their own convenience.
Once a slot schedule has been secured, a representative from the dealership will confirm the schedule within a day.
Customers can obtain quick updates on the availability of Chevy genuine accessories and components on the app. A Chevrolet parts consultant will make sure that the requirements of the customers are ready before they visit the dealership.
Chevrolet has certified dealer outlets across the country and, through the My Chevrolet Connect app, customers can conveniently look for one and notify their preferred dealer for their urgent vehicle needs.
Amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Chevrolet Service e-Advisor offers additional safety and convenience for car owners who will be going to a Chevy dealer outlet.
In only two basic steps, customers can have their Chevy vehicle checked without having to leave their homes. They just need to contact the designated Service e-Advisor number of their preferred dealer to schedule a consultation.
Once the schedule has been confirmed, the customer’s vehicle will undergo pre-diagnosis through an authorized Chevrolet service advisor via video call.
