Nissan GT-R Coming At The 2016 PIMS

MANILA: Along with India, the ‘Godzilla’ from the house of Japanese automaker Nissan is all set to make its entry in the Philippines. According to media sources, the Nissan GT-R will debut at the 6th Philippine International Motor Show. Nissan Philippines Inc. (NPI) first announced its plan to introduce the GT-R in the Philippines market last November. Further, it was speculated that the upcoming Nissan GT-R might be equipped with a hybrid technology to take an added advantage in the respective segment.

But, according to the information revealed, it is expected that the GT-R will be equipped with a 3.8-litre twin turbo V6 engine which will generate 573 PS maximum power while the NISMO variant will raise this figure to 608 PS. Both the variants will be offered with a 6-speed dual clutch gearbox along with AWD option. The all-new ‘Godzilla’ was first showcased at the New York International Auto Show and has already marked its presence in many prospective markets.
