Nissan improved its reach with Cebu South and Cebu Central Showrooms

MANILA: Nissan Philippines has recently enhanced its reach in the country by opening two new showrooms on the Cebu Island. Both the new showroom boasts the company’s new ‘Nissan Retail Environment Design Initiative 2.1’ (NREDI 2.1). The expansion of the company’s dealership in the country comes after the impressive performance recorded in the last year. The sales team managed to clock a total of 16,897 units in 2016 outclassing the 11,420 units benchmark of 2015.

 

According to Ramesh Narasimhan, president and managing director of NPI, “Nissan has performed significantly in the past year, especially in the Cebu region. To continue the support and better service of the company, we are excited to open two new showrooms of the company in this region. With these new dealerships, we will be allowed to improve the overall experience of our Cebuano customers”.

The Cebu South and Cebu Central dealerships are the third and fourth showrooms of the company to be backed with NREDI 2.1. The earlier showrooms that feature the NREDI 2.1 are Nissan Sucat and Nissan Marilao. The Nisan Cebu South dealership will be operated by Gateway Group and has a floor area of 3,000 square meters. The large showroom area can display 8 vehicles at a time and also has a medium-sized service bay.

Considering the Cebu Central dealership, it is the flagship showroom of the island and has over 5,000 square meters area. The Cebu Central showroom can also display 8 vehicles at a time and has a vast service area. The Cebu Central showroom will be operated by AutoCentral Group. The operational timing of Cebu South showroom is from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday. Whereas, the Nissan Cebu Central’s showroom is open from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. The timing for Sunday and holidays for both the showrooms is from 10 AM to 5 PM.
