Nissan Launches Service Campaign for Kicks e-POWER Air Conditioning Issue

MANILA: Nissan Philippines, Inc. is addressing the air conditioning (AC) cooling issue in the KICKS e-POWER model through a new service campaign. The company invites KICKS e-POWER owners to take their vehicles to an authorized Nissan dealer for inspection and repair, free of charge.

To streamline the process, customers are advised to schedule an appointment with their preferred authorized Nissan dealership before bringing in their vehicle for repair. Customers with confirmed appointments will receive priority for parts allocation. The inspection and repair are estimated to take approximately two (2) hours.

Affected customers will be contacted by Nissan with detailed information about the service campaign. The company provides a list of dealer contacts on its website and a customer support hotline for inquiries.

Nissan also announces the resumption of production and delivery of the KICKS e-POWER model, expressing gratitude to customers for their patience.
