Nissan PH celebrates 55th anniversary with 2-day celebration in Taguig

MANILA: Nissan Philippines has celebrated its 55th anniversary in the country by staging a two-day event held at the Venice Piazza, Venice Grand Canal Mall in Taguig City.

Dubbed “Nissan Unstoppable at 55,” the event commemorated the brand’s rich legacy in the Philippines and highlighted the company’s drive to always push the boundaries.

“For over five decades, Nissan has brought top-quality vehicles and services to Filipino customers, and this celebration is our way of thanking you for being a part of that journey,” the Japanese carmaker’s local subsidiary wrote in a press release.

The floor was graced by iconic Nissan nameplates such as the Fairlady Z and the modernized version of the popular sports car.

Also in attendance was the unmistakable R32 Skyline GT-R; and the high-performance Z Nismo.

And while we’re on the topic of Nismo, Nissan also unveiled its fashion line inspired by its motorsports division. It has been created in collaboration with the bold, street-savvy brand SNK ATK.

Per Nissan Philippines, the new apparel line “blends cutting-edge design with the thrill of racing, showcasing Nissan's never-ending pursuit of innovation and style.”

“Nissan Unstoppable at 55 celebrates more than five decades of always daring to innovate, break barriers, and fuel the passion of our drivers,” Nissan said.
