Nissan PH Hails Alabang and Cebu North Outlets as Dealer of the Year

MANILA: Nissan Philippines hosted its Dealer of the Year Awards Ceremony at the Grand Hyatt Manila in Taguig City to formally recognize the exceptional achievements of its dealership network.

This annual occasion showcases the dedication of Nissan dealerships to improving operational excellence and customer experiences.

The highest honor, the Dealer of the Year award, is granted to the Nissan dealership that has excelled in all areas of dealer operations, including sales, after-sales service, finance, and customer relations management.

Nissan Alabang - Southgatemotors won the prestigious Dealer of the Year award in the NCR category, and Nissan Cebu North - Cebu Distributors Inc. won in the Provincial category.

Also presented at the ceremony was the Nissan Global Award, an international program that honors operational expertise in line with Nissan's global standards for excellence. Nissan Cebu North - Cebu Distributors Inc. received the award this year, underscoring the dealership's commitment to keeping with the brand's core values.

• Best in Quick Voice of Customer Sales (QVOC) - Nissan Dasmariñas
• Highest Volume Contributor - Gateway Group

• Service Team of the Year - Nissan Bacolod
• Highest 1st Retention (Provincial) - Nissan Isabela
• Highest 1st Retention (NCR) - Nissan North EDSA
• Nissan Customer Connect (NCC)  Dealer of the Year - Nissan Pampanga
• Finance Team of the Year - Nissan Bacolod
• Brand Excellence - Nissan Dasmariñas
• Excellence in Sales - Nissan Bacolod
• Excellence in After Sales - Nissan Zamboanga
• Excellence in Customer Experience - Nissan Isabela
• Excellence in Business Sustainability - Nissan Cebu North

The awarding ceremony was graced by Nissan Motor Corporation executives, including Chief Executive Officer Makoto Uchida, Chief Financial Officer Stephen Ma, Executive Vice President and M&S Japan-AEAN MC Chair Asako Hoshino, and ASEAN President Isao Sekiguchi.
